_GROW UP TO SPIRITUAL MATURITY._ *(Christian Life)p1*

*Heb 6:1 let us go on unto perfection*

If there is one problem the Christian faith is encountering today it is the issue of lack of spiritual maturity, many have refused to grow thus remaining the same way every year.

Same sinful habits, same words, attitude, lifestyle and same character, sometimes you are tempted to ask, does this person really have the spirit of God or are they genuinely saved?, but the reason is because many have a wrong view of the Christian life, they think becoming a christian is call to church going, rendering good service and more activities but little do they know that the call to spiritual maturity is a life that press on perfection (maturity) in walking and pleasing The Lord Jesus in all things. 

This was the same issue encountered by the Hebrew Christian's who felt it was OK to retreat into there old life of sin, legalism, bondage and Jewish mystic rituals but always remember in pressing on to spiritual maturity there is no middle ground or retreat, you are either abounding more and more as Paul tells them in 1Thes 4:1 or you are amounting to nothing in the kingdom of God, this is the kind of Christian life The Lord Jesus calls us to live were our desires will be to look out for what pleases The Lord, it is the heart that is *"renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another"*. (Eph 4:23-25)

Spiritual maturity doesn't happen in one day, it takes a process of continue dependency on The Lord, you might have several falls as a baby does but you don't remain there just like the little baby who's aim is to walk after several months of crawling, you keep pressing on until your feet is made stronger to walk maturely. 

Many many professing Christian think they will be spiritually matured even If they keep planting the wrong seed of malice, anger, jealousy, immorality, pornography, series of abortion, homosexuality, incest,greed, lust,drunkenness, orgies,hypocrisy, pride and selfishness, No sir/ma, it doesn't work that way, whatever you sow is what you would reap, see. Gal 6:7-8. 

God wants his body to press unto perfection in this New Year which takes willful decisions and right choices on your part, remember God won't make your choices for you but as you desire to obey him, his Spirit will guide and strengthen you through it all. 

Walk in The Spirit, it is called the spirit driven life. 

May The Lord be gracious to you as you press unto maturity. Amen.

Wake Up World Leaders

Radical Islamimic agenda has always been an issue since the 20th century, mind you, all this was started by the war lord himself whom the Holy Roman Catholic Church feared during his bloodsheding days, historically the lack of unity amongst European leaders and the church made it easy for Saladine The Great to conquer more lands in The Eastern Continent, it is sad to see how this men are trying so hard to revive a weak and barbaric 7th century mindset and the Ottoman empire kind of rule which is only a backwardness..

Establishing a Caliphates would always be a great treat to western civilization and religious freedom.

But i fear this could also be Nigeria and Africa in few years if we continue to sleep at the strategy of Boko-Haram, Al-Nusrah Front, Afgan Taliban, Al-Shabaab,Al-Qa'ida, true Islamic radicalism will never give up until it establish a caliphate and its sharia principle all over the world which was the false prophet desire in his imaginary book...

Giving Comes With A Price

Sometimes the beauty of our faith is not seen in our preaching, anointing, noise making, programs, nor in our zealousness but rather in our simple act of kindness. Just as David's heart was revealed in the kindness he showed Johnathan's  grandson, Mephibosheth. (2Samuel Ch 9)

For many, ministry is just tool they use to acquire earthly treasures, yet for the Apostle it was the other way round. Their labor was more intense and harder than other men so as to be a blessing to the weak and the poor saints. They did not mind doing anything for the glory of The Gospel Of Jesus Christ.

Repentance becomes a sham when its ends in words without action.

There is no true clinging to Christ except there be a willful act of repentance, are there not many of Gods People who think Crying or Self Pity party is Repentance?

They sometimes have the tears of Judas, yet lack the heart of Peter.  I call it a "deceptive repentance" that hides under the cloth of outward piety yet lacks the heart of Godliness.

But the early saints knew its was impossible to serve two master at the same time, because there must be a turning from Sin before clinging to Christ, no wonder it was said of them, "how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God;"

True repentance always has an everlasting testimony in the fruit its bears consistently...

Think about this. True repentance is not passive but active in its actions.
May The Lord Give You Understanding.

If You Go To Hell

"And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments"... Luke 16:23

There are many people today who do not believe in what I am about to share or even if they believe they have a watered down understanding..

So let me say this real quick, the doctrine of Hell remain the same just as Jesus preached it. See.

"And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out,
and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for
thee that one of thy members should perish, and
not that thy whole body should be cast into hell". Matthew 5:29

False Grace Teaching

Here is some background on, "False Grace Teaching",
also called, "Hyper Grace", which my guest is writing about today.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the great German pastor, theologian, and martyr was asked in 1943 how it was possible for the Church to sit back and let Hitler seize absolute power. In his book, The Cost of Discipleship, he stated hyper grace: “Was the teaching of cheap grace.”

The Cost Of Doing God's Will

I could remember years back when this text became a reality to me. I was about making a crucial decision for God's glory that could literally destroy my whole life and career from a worldly perspective, but I was determined to make the right decision in following Jesus because I had come to the end of my self but in all God favored me because he saw my sincere heart to please him.

I didn't perish as I thought I would, but yet I could see God achieving something in me from that day on, "dying to self"

I strongly believe this is one of God's Call to every believer In Christ. Esther was not even in the new covenant, yet she knew how to die to self. She knew that doing God's will was going to place a cost on her life even if it cost her life or her crown.
